The design:
Acer Aspire One 532h measures 10.17″ (W) x7.28″ (D) x .99″ (H) and weighs 2.76 lbs. | 1.25 kg. The netbook is available in three different colors so you can get the most suitable for you yet all of them will attract fingerprints quite fast. Above the 10-inch screen there is the built-in webcam. The keyboard in the Acer Aspire One 532h is totally flat and it provides good feedback so it is comfortable to use. The touchpad is quite large in this netbook and measures 2.6 x 1.4 inch. With that size and multitouch support it is really handy. Performance:
The Acer Aspire One 532h is equipped with quite a powerful battery which will work for up to 8 hours. The netbook is relatively cool although with prolonged use it might get a bit too warm of the left side. The 10.1-inch display shows 1024 x 600 pixels, it is bright and with good contrast. The stereo speakers are quite powerful and high quality.
Although the Acer Aspire One 532h is equipped with the new 1.66-GHz Intel Atom N450 processor it scores slightly below average in performance tests. On the PCMark05 test it scored 1,332 which is not that bad, yet netbooks such as Samsung N510 or Gateway LT2016u do a better job. Consequently the Acer Aspire One 532h will not enable you to play most of the latest games, but watching high quality movies should not be a problem.
The battery performance in the Acer Aspire One 532h is much better than in the competition. The netbook can work about 8 hours depending on what you do with it.
