Samsung OmniaPRO B7330 is a full QWERTY businessmen-oriented cell phone with a 2.6-nich screen, sleek design and excellent build quality.

Samsung OmniaPRO B7330 pros:

+ 2.6-inch display showing 320 x 320 resolution
+ Comfortable full QWERTY keyboard
+ Fast and comfy interface
+ Nice design
+ Windows Mobile 6.5
+ Long-lasting bettery
+ 3.2 megapixel camera

Samsung OmniaPRO B7330 cons:

- Below average camera performance
- Slightly old-fashioned
- Average sound quality
- Music and video player are basic
- No flash for the camera
The design:
Samsung OmniaPRO B7330 measures 114.9 x 59 x 10.8 mm and weighs 107 g. The front of the cell phone features the 2.6-inch screen, D-pad and the full QWERTY keyboard. Around the D-pad you will find send and end keys as well as some context sensitive keys which make going through the menus quite fast. The keys on the keypad a responsive and raised in such a way as to make typing easier and it really help. Yet, as with all full QWERTY phones people with larger hands and fingers may find it difficult to use the Samsung OmniaPRO B7330. The left side of the cell phone features the volume rocker and the USB charge/data port, whereas the right side houses the camera shutter key and the microSD memory card slot.

Performance:
The Samsung OmniaPRO B7330 runs the Windows 6.5 Mobile so it has no touchscreen capability, but that’s hardly surprising since it’s a full QWERTY mobile phone. The interface is quite useable and pleasant. On the bottom of the display is the usual Windows menu and right above it plenty of shortcuts to frequently used services and applications. All aspects of the everyday cell phone use are covered very well and so writing messages, email, making phone calls and browsing the Internet is easy and fast.
Multimedia:
The Samsung OmniaPRO B7330 has no standard 3.5mm audio jack and the music player is only basic not to mention the audio quality which is below average. So if you are looking for a phone dealing with music have a look at the Sony Ericsson Yari, or the Nokia N97 mini.
The built-in 3.2 megapixel autofocus camera lacks flash so taking photos in dark light is out of the question. However, the image processing is quite surprising and low light photos may come out not that bad. At least when it comes to lighting since the camera in the Samsung OmniPaRO B7330 lacks detail and has poor noise performance.
The video recording capability is better than the still photos quality. The audio and video quality is about average for this range of phones and the files are recorded as .wmv.

Samsung S800 Jet is a brand new cell phone for both serious businessmen, and gadget maniacs. The phone features a 3.1-inch touchscreen with resolution high enough to watch movies, 3D interface, 5 megapixel camera with D1 recording and GPS receiver. Moreover, the Samsung phone comes with 2 / 8 GB of built-in memory, the standard 3.5mm audio jack and a TV out port. And if that’s still not enough maybe the full DivX/Xvid support and a web browser with full Flash and Java support will convince you that the Samsung S800 Jet is a great phone.

Samsung S800 Jet pros:
+ 3.1″ 16M-color resistive AMOLED touchscreen of 800 x 480 pixel resolution
+ 800 MHz processor
+ microUSB port and stereo Bluetooth v2.0
+ Latest TouchWiz 2.0 UI with Motion UI, Media Gate 3D, Smart Unlock
+ Quad-band GSM support and 3G with HSDPA 3.6 Mbps and HSUPA support
+ Built-in accelerometer for screen auto rotate and turn-to-mute
+ microSD card slot with microSDHC support
+ Geotagging, image stabilization, face detection, Smile Shot,
+ Proximity sensor for display auto turn-off
+ Stereo FM Radio with RDS
+ DNSe and SRS sound effect
+ Smart dialing
+ Wi-Fi

Samsung S800 Jet cons:
- No GPS navigation software
- Uncomfortable access to the microSD memory card slot
The design:
Samsung S800 Jet measures 109 x 53.5 x 11.9 mm and weighs 99 grams so it is about average size for a touchscreen mobile phone. As with any other touchscreen phone the front of the Samsung S800 Jet is dominated by the large screen, in this case a 3.1” 16M-color AMOLED screen working in 800 x 480 resolution. Although the screen itself is quite fingerprint-proof the rest of the phone is not, so you might want to carry around a cloth to polish it from time to time. Below the display are three hardware buttons: Call and End keys and the 3D cube button between them responsible for launching the main menu, or the Task Manager. Above the display you will find the video-call camera. The top o the Samsung S800 Jet features the standard 3.5m audio jack, the microUSB port with the protective cover, whereas the bottom houses only the mouthpiece. The left side of the cell phone houses the volume rocker, whereas the right side is crammed with the hold key, shutter key / Motion Gate / Cube Launcher (all in one).

Samsung S8000 Jet

Performance:
The most basic function of Samsung S800 Jet – making phone calls – works seamlessly. The reception is always good and the sound quality is more than satisfactory. The touchscreen on the Samsung S800 Jet has very good contrast which makes reading from the screen quite pleasant is all circumstances and the touch technology is almost as good as the one used in the iPhone 3Gs. Unfortunately, the direct sunlight legibility is not as good as ow would expect from a touchscreen phone. The menus are always readable, but still it could be better.
Samsung S800 Jet comes with the latest TouchWiz user interface with refreshed looks and accelerometer support. The Samsung S800 Jet has the same homescreen layout as the Pixon12 so you get three different screens to place shortcuts and widgets on. At the time of writing this review there are 24 widgets available for download, but it seems that this number will increase shortly. The main menu, although it is arranged in three different screens, is very user friendly thanks it the large icons and nice transitions and animations. You can of course customize the menu to suit your taste, work faster, or look better. As all the recent Samsung phones the Samsung S800 Jet supports multitasking so you can for instance use the media player in the background. The phone has also a quite interesting feature called Smart unlock. With this feature you can dial a contact, or run an application just by drawing a letter, or a symbol on the Smart unlock screen.

The Media gate in the Samsung S800 Jet allows you to browse your music and video library, photo albums, games and you can also access the web browser and FM radio. The cube-like menu is not only ingenious, but also fun to play with and it always accesses desired menu very responsively.
The phonebook in the Samsung S800 Jet stores up to 200 contacts with multiple fields for photos, ringtones, address, email and so on. Unfortunately if you assign a photo to a contact you will not be able to see it in the contact list as it is used only as a called id. But if you really like to look at the faces of people you are about to phone you might be interested in the Photo Contact feature. With it you can tag parts of photos which you can afterwards use as shortcuts to contacts. It’s as easy as that. So instead of, for instance, grouping your contacts you might want to make use of a group photo and tag the people in it.
Messaging is a pleasure with Samsung S800 Jet. The phone has a shared editor for MMS and SMS messages and it is quite intuitive. If you like writing long messages you will be glad to hear that the Samsung S800 Jet can break down your message in up to 15 parts if it is longer than the standard 160 characters.also writing email is a pleasure, once you put in all the settings for your account. The email attachment size limit is set to 5 MB whoosh should be enough for photos, most documents and even some music files.

Samsung S8000 Jet

Multimedia:
The Samsung S800 Jet has two photo galleries optimized for touch interface. The first one is a part of the file manager and it let you sort the images and browse them simply by opening the parent folder. The browsing if fast so you will not have to spend too much time waiting for another photo. Also, rotating the view to landscape is swift. Zooming also does not disappoint. The second way to look through you photos is the standard Photo browser.
The music player, as usual allows you to browse your music library by artist, genre, album and you can create custom playlists. The music player can play in the background and thanks to the ”5.1 ch” button the Samsung S800 Jet may emulate 5.1 channel sound on regular headphones.
The Samsung S800 Jet can also receive FM radio with RDS and since you can record the radio broadcast you get the full set.
The Samsung phone can also play videos which look really great on its large screen. The Samsung S800 Jet seamlessly plays DivX/XviD videos right out of the box and with the pretty good audio quality you can really use it as an outstanding portable player.
The Samsung S800 Jet is equipped with 5 megapixel autofocus camera capable of shooting 2560 x 1920 photos. The camera has plenty of features including viewfinder gridlines, image stabilization, geotagging, smile shot and face detection and a LED flash. The user interface of the camera is touch optimized and it all works very well and fast. The image quality is good, with nice contrast, sharp edges and little noise.
The web browser is fast and renders the web pages almost like a computer would. Moreover, it features a built-in AdBlocker and full flash support.

Summary:
All in all, the Samsung S800 Jet is more than a decent phone with good digital camera and multimedia features. Moreover, the phone can view documents and accept large attachments so it may also be used as a business device. The built-in GPS receiver comes in handy for travelers and the great web browser should suffice for mobile browsing. The Samsung S800 Jet has really few downsides.
